problem with jaws on mac after creators update

Hello,
I am having a problem with jaws running under windows 10 bootcamped on a MacBook. After installing the creators update, the function key no longer works while jaws is running. This means I can't use the volume control, mute and screen brightness hotkeys while jaws is active.
As soon as jaws is off, the keys work again.
Freedom scientific tech support has no solution for the problem except to say not to call about macs because jaws doesn't run on a mac.
Anyone experienced this or have any solution to this problem?

I forgot to say in the first post that I did try reinstalling jaws after removing the program and shared components. This didn't result in any change.

Did you update? the most recent OS update for mac fixes issues with windows 10 boot camp partisions

Just updated to the latest build of Mac OS yesterday evening. The keyboard seems to be fixed, even though the problem was happening on the bootcamp side. Strange.
